We support leading companies in the conception and implementation of customised accounting solutions, including realisation of the corresponding IT solutions. This encompasses, for example, all HGB/BilMoG (German GAAP/Act to Modernise Accounting Law) and IFRS requirements as well as modelling and optimising new operational processes for presenting special subject areas such as impairment and foreign currency accounting.
We are also on hand as a partner to help you meet disclosure requirements in accordance with IFRS 7. Thereby, amongst other things, we prepare a sample management report and an analysis to determine optimal disclosure. Other important steps include the comparison and matching or synchronisation of the risk report and notes. In coordination with you, we prepare and optimise account and position charts as a basis for disclosure. In addition, we constantly provide you with specific recommendations and benchmarks to support ongoing improvement and adaptation.
Furthermore, we support you in the conception and preparation of individual company and group financial statements in accordance with HGB/BilMoG and IFRS, including quarterly and annual statements, individual notes or the complete accounts. Where required, this also encompasses the elucidation of special requirements in terms of annual accounting and consolidation, in relation to special funds for example, or the preparation of company-specific reporting packages.
